His background includes guiding professional athletes and corporate leaders through performance optimization, intelligent strength training, nutrition coaching, and sustainable lifestyle strategies. By integrating movement quality, evidence-based nutrition, recovery, and daily habit alignment, Nathan helps clients lose excess weight, reduce chronic pain, and restore confidence in how their body feels and functions.
