All content, materials, programs, and intellectual property are the sole property of ETHOS Performance LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
Payment for coaching services is due as outlined at the time of booking. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the posted policy at time of purchase.
Services are provided for educational and coaching purposes only and do not replace individualized medical care.
ETHOS Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or services provided hereunder shall be subject to mandatory binding arbitration through Arbitration Service of Portland, venued in Portland, Oregon, before a single arbitrator. Mediation shall be a condition precedent to filing for arbitration. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, arbitration and mediation fees (including filing fees and mediator/arbitrator costs), and other costs incurred.
